How to solve "Windows not Genuine" problem on your windows laptop

Hi all, Good day. Let’s quickly get down to this.

NB: you don’t have to be geeky before you can do this but this information has been tried, tested and trusted by me cos it worked for me.

  • -          Click “Start” button, type cmd into the programs/files search bar that comes up.
  • -       Right click on it and choose “run as Admin”
  • -          Type in SLMGR(space)-REARM press Enter key
  • -          Click “Ok” and Restart your system.

2nd step:

Don’t worry, you’ll have about 4months before stressing again but for now go to…
  • -          Control panel ==>System and Security ==>
  • -          Turn Automatic  Updating On or Off (Under Windows Update)==>
  • -          Select “Check for Updates but let me choose whether to download and install them”==>
  • -          same place, Tick the box for “Recommended Updates” if its Unchecked and click OK.
  • -          Then go to: View Installed Updates (under Windows Update) and allow populating, then scrolling down the end of the fixes and uninstalling this update: (KB971033).

Finally, you should try to maintain this for life by always ensuring you don’t download that update by always choosing the ones to install yourself although this update only comes under the ones you’ll have to choose not the recommended ones.

That’s all…. Thank you for your time.
