How To Download YouTube Videos to your mobile device Using Opera Mini browser

Certainly, most of us operate more on our mobile and we don't know how to perform this “simple” task.

Today I am going to show you how such feat can be achieved so let’s go straight to the point. Almost everybody knows what YouTube is: a website that houses loads of video files from music videos, tutorials, to videos on virtually anything you can think of!. Amazingly, these videos are always free to download.

To an extent, downloading these videos when you are surfing with a computer is quite easy but mobile phone and opera mini it looks quite impossible to achieve using your browser. But a third-party service which is SaveFrom.net will help us to achieve this using opera mini. Lots of other popular sites are supported too.

  1. Visit YouTube’s official video website www.youtube.com
  2.  In the search bar, look for any video you want, e.g. let’s use the theme song made by Ice Prince and co for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in this 2014 world cup "Fly like the Eagles" type it in the search bar and then search.
  3. A list of the video search results of what you just searched will be displayed, then select but do not click on watch video.
  4. Now go to the address bar, i.e. (Where you normally type the address of the website you like to visit.); click on it, there you'll see this address "m.youtube.com/watch?v=wETZt_nKM58 ".
  5. Delete the ( m. ) and add ( ss ) the address should now look like this "ssyoutube.com/watch?v=wETZt_nKM58 " click on it, and the new page where you can download your video will be displayed.
  6. On the new displayed page, different video formats will be seen with which you can download your video but I prefer to choose the Mp4 360p format (but you can choose any), some of the formats present are".mp4 .3gp .flv" and so on.
  7. Then just like every other download, your opera mini will prompt you to choose a folder to save your video in, choose your desired folder and then,
  8. Download your video.

Now see how easy it is to download YouTube videos on your opera mini using a third party service.
